**What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?

- 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. 

- Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of your service. 

- Only allowed 2 times to reschedule appointment. 

- All Deposits are NOT refundable.

Although I strive for 100% satisfaction, I can never make guarantees that your skin will take well to the procedure. 

For this reason, I do not offer refunds or guarantee results. 

• Arrive with makeup-free skin
• Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids) 24 hours prior
• Avoid shaving the treatment area the day before
• No laser or aggressive treatments within 7 days
• If you are planning to receive Botox, make sure that you give yourself at least 1-2 weeks post-Botox injections before receiving your microneedling procedure. 
• If an active or extreme breakout occurs before treatment, please consult your practitioner.

24 hrs for facial, 2-3 days for microneedle, 7-10 days for a peel. It’s important to give your face a temporary break from these products, so that your skin can properly heal from the procedure.

Collagen production begins at one month post-procedure, and continues for up to three months. Every client is different, but 3-6 sessions are suggested to see optimum results.
